Standard Inspection
- Pressurize BCD
- Validate the inflator,
- Inspect integrity of BCD
- Check for leaks and
- Replace any broken parts
Complete Overhaul
- Pressurize BCD
- Validate the inflator,
- Inspect integrity of BCD
- Check for leaks and
- Replace any broken parts
- Strip dump valves and inflators
- Clean components in an ultrasonic cleaner
- Replace O-rings, gasket and Schrader valves
- Wash internal bladder to remove salt water residues
