Who We Are
Monterey Bay Diving started with a simple premise: the public agencies, port authorities, and private clients along the Central California coast needed a marine contractor they could trust — one with the technical depth to handle complex underwater construction and the local knowledge to work safely in Monterey Bay's demanding conditions.
Over more than two decades, we've built a reputation on delivering. Our crews have worked on wharves, piers, seawalls, and underwater structures up and down the coast. We've supported port authorities, municipalities, private marina operators, and waterfront developers — and we've earned repeat business from nearly all of them.
We're a Monterey company. Our divers live here, our boats launch from here, and we're invested in the long-term health of this harbor and this coastline. That's not a marketing line — it's why we do the work the way we do it.

Our People
Our team is made up of commercial divers, experienced marine construction supervisors, and vessel operators who've spent careers working in and around Monterey Bay. We don't hire generalists — every person on a Monterey Bay Diving crew is a specialist in their role.
